Church Hill Classics (CHC), a leading manufacturer and online retailer in the collegiate diploma frame industry, has announced the 24 Finalists in their second annual “Frame My Future” Scholarship Contest 2010.

The “Frame My Future” Scholarship Contest 2010, a nation-wide contest, asked students to submit an original “creation” through an image which expressed what they hope to achieve in their personal and professional life after college. Entries included photographs, poems, essays, collages, drawings, paintings, and other imaginative pieces. The entry needed to communicate: This is how I “Frame My Future.” Submissions were accepted from September 30, 2009, through March 15, 2010.

The 24 Finalist entries are posted on the company’s diplomaframe.com website. The final phase of the contest involves the public voting on their favorite entry to determine the scholarship winners. Voting runs from April 5^th through May 5^th (10 am Eastern Time) with one vote per person. A $1,000 award will go to each of the five top-voted entries, and the entry receiving the most votes will also earn a matching donation of $1,000 to their college or university’s scholarship endowment fund in their name.

This scholarship contest has enabled the company to give back to students interested in pursuing their dreams of a college education by providing a unique and creative way to earn scholarship money. The contest received an amazing response with over 9,000 entries, up from 3,300 last year. Entries, coming in from every state in the U.S., were sent in by students who will be attending college in the 2010-2011 academic year. The unbelievable amount of individual, creative, and quality entries made the selection process very difficult. The 24 Finalists represent less than .3% of the total 9,000 entries received. After a panel of judges narrowed down entries, all employees participated in a company-wide voting process which yielded 24 Finalists and 30 Honorable Mentions.

All 24 “Frame My Future” Finalist entries can be seen on the CHC website, http://www.diplomaframe.com, and voting takes place from April 5^th through May 5^th 10 am Eastern Time. The Honorable Mention entries will be featured on Church Hill Classics’ Blog throughout the voting period. The top five winners by popular vote will be announced at the end of May.
