In November of 2008, Octavian Global Technologies entered an intellectual property license agreement with Austrian Gaming Industries in order to facilitate the transfer and sale of Octavian Global Technologies’ software media rights. Also in November of 2008, Advanced Micro Devices entered an intellectual property license agreement with Broadcom Corporation in response to an asset purchase agreement over graphics, video and multimedia processors.
